Promotional Company Network Plan Trial Offer Terms and Conditions

The Free Trial Subscription Offer, which is made to you by Sony Media Cloud Services LLC (“Sony”), entitles you to one (1) “Promotional Company Network Plan” subscription account for thirty (30) days (“Free Trial Subscription”). Free Trial Subscription is valued at $250.00. Free Trial Subscription offer valid for persons with valid promotional codes only, and is limited to new customers only (as determined by Sony in its sole discretion).

Free Trial Subscription Offer is subject to, and user’s use of Ci is governed by, the Sony Media Cloud Services Terms of Service available at https://www.cimediacloud.com/terms/ (the “Terms of Service”). By redeeming Free Trial Subscription offer, user agrees to all Terms of Service, including the Sony Media Cloud Services Privacy Policy available at https://www.cimediacloud.com/privacy/. Free Trial Subscription may be redeemed only once per user and per account; additional redemptions and extensions are void. Free Trial Subscription is open only to persons 18 years of age or older.

• Total Storage: 250 GB
• Users: Unlimited
• Team Workspaces: Unlimited
• Company Networks: 1
• Company Network Functionality

To enroll in and receive Free Trial Subscription, user must contact Sony at support@cimediacloud.com. In order to access Free Trial Subscription, user will be required to provide promotional code, and must have an active, valid Ci User Account. At the completion of the Free Trial Subscription, user will be contacted by Sony to renew user’s Promotional Company Network Plan. Failure to renew the Promotional Company Network Plan by User shall result in Sony terminating user’s Promotional Company Network Plan after expiration of the Free Trial Subscription. This will include termination of all user access to user’s Promotional Company Network Plan, including all content uploaded and/or stored in user’s workspace(s) linked to their Promotional Company Network Plan. Upon termination, Sony will have no obligations to user for any content stored in Ci, including, without limitation, any obligations to maintain such content or furnish content to user, or liability to user or any third party for deletion of erasure of such content. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event user fails to renew Promotional Company Network Plan, Sony may delete any of user’s content uploaded to Ci and/or stored in Ci. User may cancel their Promotional Company Network Plan at any time prior to expiration of the Free Trial Subscription by contacting support@cimediacloud.com.

Free Trial Subscription has no cash value, is non-transferable, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and cannot be auctioned or sold. Value is based on comparable Sony services. Free Trial Subscription has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Sony reserves the right to modify or discontinue Ci features, offerings, and/or the Free Trial Subscription offer at any time without notice. Void where prohibited by law.
